Radiodetection, a world leader in the design, development and supply of cable and pipe locators and inspection products will be demonstrating a range of products at the Indonesia Infrastructure Week on stand A516 in Hall A.  Included in the products on show will be the latest range of Radiodetection Precision Locators, the Ground Penetrating (GPR) RD1500™ and the Schonstedt Maggie Magnetic Locator.  Pearpoint will also be showcasing the P340+ flexiprobe™ Pushrod Sewer Camera System. Below is additional information about the products that will be at the Indonesia Infrastructure Week.

RD8100™ and RD7100™ Cable and Pipe Locators

Subsurface utility infrastructures are growing denser and more complex, meaning locate professionals require more powerful tools to simplify the task of distinguishing between and tracing different utilities. Featuring a unique arrangement of five antennas with optional integrated GPS and usage logging, the RD8100 and RD7100 allow users to remain on the right line while enabling them to demonstrate safe working practices and validate quality of work.

Both the RD8100 and RD7100 offer integrated, automatic GPS and usage-logging. By analysing usage patterns, users and management can assess individual locate operations to ensure compliance with best-practice, or to identify training needs. Additionally, the data can be used for internal audits or shared with customers to evidence task completion.

The RD8100 and RD7100 are built on Radiodetection’s pedigree for performance, quality and durability and are backed with a three-year warranty through product registration.

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems

The RD1500 provides locate professionals, surveyors and other users with the tool they need to trace and mark the position of both metallic and non-metallic buried utilities. The RD1500 takes subsurface investigations to the next level, offering users Depth Slices as well as Line Views. Additionally, its proprietary FrequenSee™ technology enhances small/shallow, medium or large/deep targets. Options include external GPS for higher positional accuracy.

Schonstedt Maggie

Schonstedt and Radiodetection locators are designed to provide accurate  performance in magnetic metal location across all utility sectors. Our Metal Locator makes finding buried manhole covers and access points under soil or asphalt efficient, quick and simple. The Maggie Magnetic Locator is a pistol-grip magnetic locator that combines sensitivity and precision with single-handed operation and a visual display.

Pearpoint P340+ flexiprobe

The lightweight yet rugged P340+ flexiprobe system is designed for use in harsh conditions and has a range of compatible drain cameras to provide precise inspections and recordings. The weatherproofed P340+ flexiprobe system offers an always-active sonde transmitter, high quality video, one-touch digital recording, a range of reels and reporting capabilities. It’s easy to transport and deploy, enabling quick and successful inspections.

When used with Flexisight Manager software, you can import, store and manage your inspection data.

PCMx™

Radiodetection’s PCMx system enables corrosion and Cathodic Protection System (CPS) professionals to evaluate the condition and effectiveness of pipeline coatings. Early detection of coating defects on pipelines prevents corrosion damage, saving costs on pipeline repairs and replacement, and also reducing potential environmental damage. In 1997 Radiodetection, working with industry partners, invented the first PCM. Using two separate techniques – ACCA (AC Current Attenuation) and ACVG (AC Voltage Gradient) – coating defects that can lead to corrosion can be located and pinpointed on even inaccessible pipelines running below river beds or under busy highways. Successive generations have built on this innovation adding GPS positional data and wireless links to external devices amongst other improvements.

Pearpoint P350 flexitrax™

The P350 flexitrax is a modular crawler system designed to speed up system deployment to reduce surveying time.

Crawler system operators often face a choice between portability with limited functionality, or complex and bulky systems for bigger pipes. Pearpoint’s P350 system features intuitive joystick controls and a remote-controlled powered elevator. It is capable of centered inspection in large pipes, but is also highly portable for easy transport.

Flexisight Manager PC Reporting software offers the option to create detailed Pipe Inclination Surveys. Users can select one or more portions of a surveyed pipe and create one or multiple charts showing the pipe inclination. Charts can be added automatically to the standard FlexiSight Manager report and exported as DOC or PDF document.
