GPR for Locating Utilities - Mississauga, ON (April 27, 2026: in-person) 260427

As more underground infrastructure develops, it becomes increasingly important to locate and map buried utilities to prevent accidents and damage to infrastructure. GPR can locate metallic and non-metallic utilities and complement your other locating tools. Attend this Nulca-accredited training course to learn all aspects from theory and instrumentation to survey techniques and data interpretation. A major component of this course is getting hands-on experience using the equipment outdoors (please dress appropriately for the weather).

Concrete Scanning with GPR (9901) - Online On-demand Training

This interactive, online course will teach students the fundamentals of using GPR for scanning concrete. It will cover GPR theory as well as many practical concepts, including Line Scans and Grid Scans. The course contains many data examples to help students improve their interpretation skills.

IceMap GPR - Operation & Data Collection (9902) - Online On-demand Training

This interactive, online course will teach students how to use the IceMap system for measuring ice thickness.

Rescue Radar - Operation (9903) - Online On-Demand Training

This course will teach students how to use the Rescue Radar GPR system, for victim detection.

Utility Locating with GPR (Nulca-accredited) (9900) - Online On-Demand Training

This interactive, online course will teach students the fundamentals using GPR for locating buried utilities. This course meets the requirements set out by Nulca for GPR Locating Technicians.
