This online solution allows you to perform calibration and performance tests on your Cable Avoidance Tool without sending it to a service center, which saves you valuable time and money.

How eCert Works:
Using an internet connection, eCert links to Radiodetection to test your locator's internal circuitry. It applies specific test signals to essential components, ensuring your unit remains accurately calibrated and fit for use.

Important Calibration Information:
Every C.A.T4 receives a complete factory calibration during manufacturing or after a full service by Radiodetection or an authorized service center.

eCert Eligibility: 
eCert is available for your C.A.T4 if it meets the following age and service criteria:

1 to 10 yearsYes
10 (+1 day) to 15 yearsYes, if a full service was performed in the previous 5 years
Older than 15 years + 1 dayYes, if a full service was performed in the previous 3 years

If your C.A.T4 doesn't meet these conditions, you'll need to return it to Radiodetection or an authorized service center for a full service.
