Radiodetection Acquires the Operating Assets of the Utility Tool Company (the “Pipehorn Business”)

We are pleased to announce that Radiodetection, a business unit of SPX Technologies, has acquired the operating assets of the Utility Tool Company Inc., including its range of pipe and cable locators traded under the Pipehorn brand. For decades, Pipehorn has been recognized for its high-frequency utility locating tools. By bringing Pipehorn into the Radiodetection family, we are uniting two industry pioneers to offer an even broader portfolio of innovative damage prevention and utility detection tools.
